Cost Recovery USA, LLC was established by Bobby Dozier, who has a wealth of sales/marketing experience working for well-known firms such as Frito-Lay and Allied Van Lines mainly in Tulsa, OK and Tokyo, Japan. After a long sojourn in Tokyo, Dozier returned to the U.S. and entered the cost recovery business. Cost Recovery USA is a Christian- and minority-owned business.

Why the SR-71 Blackbird plane? Are you a proponent of war? One question we sometimes get asked. The answer is it’s simply a tribute to my father who served in the Air Force and I am a huge fan of that particular airplane. Not a fan of any war, these days it’s mostly about money.
